Our Story
From A Tent To The Flavour Trailer
We're a couple of chefs who spent seven years cooking across London and Europe, then came home convinced Northamptonshire deserved a different kind of food truck.
We couldn't afford a truck, so we bought a tent. For the next couple of years, we built the business from Grandma's house, one service at a time.
Today, that tent has become two trucks and a restaurant in Brixworth. You'll find us at local pop-ups, weddings and corporate events, or serving burgers at 19 Staveley Way. Along the way, we've become three-time National Burger Awards finalists and picked up local awards too.
